The winger curled in a beautiful free-kick for his third goal in three games to add to Karl Hawley's early opener as the Magpies moved up to fifth in League Two.[LNB]Davies could have had a hat-trick of set-pieces after forcing Bees goalkeeper Jake Cole into a flying save and hitting another dead ball just wide.[LNB]Kevan said: "Ben has a great talent from that sort of distance. You expect him to hit the target from there and whenever he does that he has a chance of scoring.[LNB]"We have a group of players here who are very confident in their ability, play together and work hard for each other. That was our third game in seven days and the pitch was a bit of a lottery due to the frost, but we got the job done and that was the key.[LNB]"We just need to keep picking up three points. We're not entirely happy with where we are at the moment so we'll keep trying to drive it on and claim as many points as we can."[LNB][LNB]
