Middle East consortium Munto Finance Ltd is in talks over a multi-million pound deal to assume control of the world's oldest professional club. Armstrong-Holmes said: "Without it, we will be struggling season after season. "It is a choice between a bright future for this club, or no future at all, that is the size of the decision. "If people vote against it, they don't have the best interests of the club at heart. "I would urge all members to endorse it. It's a once-in-a-lifetime chance to secure the future of this club."
