Canham hails Magpies education
Canham, who scored four goals in 29 appearances for the Magpies, claims his performances have improved massively since joining from Team Bath.
He told County's official website: "It has been a real experience for me coming back into full-time football and it has been a hugely enjoyable learning curve for me.
"I'm getting better on the ball, which was an area I needed to improve. With Team Bath you could get away with having a bad touch, but in League Two you can't."
