Tudgay set to join Forest on loan

Nottingham Forest are poised to sign Sheffield Wednesday's Marcus Tudgay on loan with a view to a permanent deal in January, reports BBC Radio Sheffield.Forest are desperate to bring in a new striker after hearing that Dexter Blackstock has been ruled out for a year with a cruciate knee injury. Tudgay, 27, was Wednesday's top scorer last season with 10 goals. But the former Derby County forward has only scored four goals in 16 starts and four substitute appearances this term.
