Return in sight for Moussi

Injured Nottingham Forest midfielder Guy Moussi is back in training following a serious ankle injury and the Frenchman could be playing again next month.

Moussi, who moved from SCO Angers to the City Ground last summer, had nailed down a first-team role before suffering the injury in early October, playing in 12 matches.

The 24-year-old is now awaiting clearance from his specialist surgeon but Moussi has made it clear that his comeback is all but complete.

"The ankle feels fine and I can't wait to start playing again," he told the club's official website.

"I'm due to see the surgeon very soon and hopefully (manager) Billy Davies will give me the go-ahead to play. I'd love to make my return against Derby but we will have to wait and see."
