Nottingham Forest confirm death of Nigel Doughty

The Reds owner has been found dead at his home

Aged just 54, Doughty stepped down from his role as chairman at the City Ground earlier this season but remained very much the pivotal figure with regards to the club's finances and future.

Little further news has come out around his passing away but it has been confirmed by the official club website.

Forest Mad sends its condolences to Mr Doughty's family.
