An 8pm update on the latest City Ground transfer talk

Even with the Reds in action against Burnley on Tuesday evening the transfer speculation is continuing with the window due to close at 11pm.

Manchester United defender Scott Wooton, on loan at Peterborough earlier in the season, is set to link up with Steve Cotterill's side according to Sky Sports.

The BBC's senior football reporter Ian Dennis meanwhile is reporting on twitter that Stoke City's experienced defender Danny Higginbotham is also joining Forest on loan.
