Kelly: We want to finish third

Nottingham Forest assistant manager David Kelly believes ending their run of winless away games at Scunthorpe is vital if the Reds are to head into the play-offs in confident mood.Forest are without a win on the road in nine Championship matches since defeating West Brom on January 8, and they have lost eight of those games.Kelly insists halting the streak at Glanford Park on Sunday is important not only to fuel Forest`s self-belief, but also because the club are keen to make sure they finish in third place ahead of Cardiff."Our away performances have been quite good, even if results have not been as we would have liked," said Kelly. "If we can get an away win at Scunthorpe, it would be a welcome boost."The idea at the start was to finish as high as we could. We have done that and now we will go into the final game and try to win again. We want to finish third, we want to finish the season off with a win."Cardiff won't let us off the hook. Dave Jones is a good manager, he knows his way around this division and they will want that third spot as much as we do."
