Forest seal double swoop

Nottingham Forest boss Billy Davies has snapped up Liverpool winger Paul Anderson in a £250,000 deal and veteran Bristol City striker Dele Adebola on a free transfer.
Anderson, who spent last season on loan at the City Ground, making 28 appearances for the club, has penned a three-year deal.
Meanwhile, Adebola has agreed a two-year contract with Forest.
The 34-year-old scored ten goals for Gary Johnson's side last season.
