Forest reveal Commons exit

Nottingham Forest have confirmed that Kris Commons will leave the City Ground on a free transfer.
Forest boss Colin Calderwood was keen to sit down with Commons to discuss a new deal following their promotion to the Championship, but the 24-year-old winger has opted to leave.
The Nottingham-born midfielder has been with the club for the past four seasons.
"We offered Kris a new contract last summer but he decided instead to sign a one-year extension to his existing agreement," Calderwood told the club's official website.
"We had hoped to sit down with him and his agent again at the end of the season to talk about his future at the City Ground.
"But he told me shortly after we had secured promotion that he had already decided to leave."
Meanwhile, Forest have also released out of contract duo Alan Power and Felix Bastians, but have offered new deals to six more players.
Sammy Clingan, Dale Roberts, Paddy Gamble, Shane Redmond, Hamza Bencherif and Joe Heath are all considering contract offers to remain at the City Ground.
