Forest move for Osbourne

Nottingham Forest have signed Aston Villa midfielder Isaiah Osbourne on loan until the end of the season.

Osbourne, 21, is the first signing made by manager Billy Davies since he arrived at the City Ground in January.

The midfielder has made six appearances in all competitions for Villa this season.

The Birmingham-born youngster was one of the fringe members of Martin O'Neill's squad who took part in last week's controversial UEFA Cup defeat to CSKA Moscow in Russia.
