Under-pressure Nottingham Forest manager Colin Calderwood has swooped for QPR goalkeeper Lee Camp in an attempt to stop the steady stream of goals his rock-bottom side have conceded so far this term.

The 24-year-old former Derby County shot-stopper moves to the City Ground on loan until January and has been handed the task of improving Forest's defensive record.

Calderwood's side have conceded 20 goals in 11 Championship matches already this season, including 14 away from home.

Paul Smith has been Calderwood's first-choice keeper so far this term, but Camp could start against Ipswich Town.

Camp has lost his place in QPR's starting line-up to summer signing Radek Cerny this season.
