Forest boss waits on loan signing
Steve Cotterill will look to bed in his two new defenders before mkaing a further transfer move
Danny Higginbotham and Scott Wootton are set to make delayed debuts against Watford this Saturday after the cancellation of the East Midlands derby at Pride Park.
Thanking Stoke for their help with Higginbotham's wages, Cotterill told the Nottingham Evening Post: "We need to get the next match out of the way, then I might have a better idea of what we need,"
The City Ground boss currently has four loan players at the club with room for only one more if all are to be included in a matchday squad.
Saturday's opponents Watford go into the game in good spirits following wins away to Millwall and at home to Barnsley.
After a difficult start to his managerial career, Sean Dyche has guided the Hornets into a fairly safe mid-table berth.
