Fear driving Adebola along

Nottingham Forest striker Dele Adebola has claimed that the team's good form is down to the fear of being dropped.

Billy Davies' high-flying outfit are exceeding expectations after struggling last term and they are the only team in the country remaining unbeaten on their travels.

They face a tricky test at Middlesbrough when the league campaign resumes but Adebola insists the difficult games will spur them on.

Speaking to the Evening Post, he said: "The away form here is magnificent this season.

"And, to be honest, everyone who plays is a little bit scared of being in the team that eventually loses away from home.

"There is really a lot of effort going into maintaining that run. The potential is here for everyone to see."
