A report in the Telegraph suggests that the Reds have experienced one or two financial glitches in recent weeks

The club's players were reportedly paid slightly late last month due to payroll problems while a number of suppliers have also experienced late payment.

The report doesn't claim there are any underlying problems at the club but says that the team credit card was declined at their hotel before the game with Brighton on Saturday!
