Davies hopeful on McKenna injury
McKenna suffered a knee injury during the weekend's 1-0 victory against Swansea and was thought to have suffered serious knee ligament damage. However scans have now indicated that while the 32-year-old has suffered damage to his medial ligament and will be out for several weeks, he does not require surgery and could yet be available for the climax to the season. "Paul's injury is not as bad as we first feared," Davies explained to the club's official website. "He will be out of my plans for several weeks but knowing Paul as I do I wouldn't necessarily rule him out for the rest of the season."
