Nottm Forest manager Billy Davies believes the key to Tuesday night's last-gasp victory against Barnsley was the persistence his players showed right up until the final whistle.
A Guy Moussi strike deep into injury time was the difference between the sides and the City Ground outfit have now racked up five straight league victories.
They are now just two points of the top of the table and Davies is understandably delighted.
Speaking to the club's official website, he said: "I thought we played well in the first half, had a lot of possession and probably should have scored one or two goals, maybe even more than that.
"I'm pleased because it was a difficult, difficult game for us.
"We suspected it would be beforehand and we were proved right."
