Chambers signs new deal
Nottingham Forest defender Luke Chambers has signed a new two-year contract to keep him at the club until the summer of 2012.The 24-year-old, who had a year remaining on his existing deal, has made more than 130 appearances for the Reds since arriving at the City Ground from Northampton in January 2007.He told the club`s official website: "I firmly believe the club is heading in the right direction and it is exciting to be a part of that."I have been at Forest for three-and-a-half years now and feel very much at home at the City Ground and in Nottingham."I am delighted to have committed myself to the club for another two years and I am looking forward to the start of the new season."
