Calderwood rues lost points

Nottingham Forest boss Colin Calderwood felt his side deserved all three points from Tuesday's 1-1 draw with Leeds United.

Jermaine Beckford kept his cool from the penalty spot to strike an 83rd minute equaliser for the home side after Forest defender Julian Bennett had headed his side ahead on 69 minutes.

Wes Morgan as adjudged to have fouled Tesor Kandol to concede the late spot-kick.

"I am deeply sorry for Wes, it was six of one and half a dozen of the other," Calderwood told the club's official website.

"Technically it might have been a penalty but it was a fairly soft one.

"But we don't get the three points we deserved. It was a decent away performance, an excellent goal and we created chances.

"We got everything but the three points which I think we deserved."
