Break will be beneficial - Anderson
The winger has been pleased with the Reds' recent Championship form after the weekend win at Peterborough made it three successive victories, propelling Billy Davies' side to within a point of the play-off places. Anderson claims the squad now have time to work together on the training ground and become a stronger unit having been thrown together in the summer and then faced with a barrage of fixtures. "It is nice to have some extra training and learn a bit more about how everyone else likes to play," Anderson told the Evening Post. "At the minute it is a bit off the cuff. You are putting a lot of players in there who have not played together before. "There is no fault on the management's part for that, it is just the way it worked out over the summer and the way the fixture list has come since then. "We have not had much time to work together, but we will have now."
