Blackstock on the mend

Nottingham Forest striker Dexter Blackstock is returning to fitness after injuring his knee in the victory over Barnsley last month.
He has missed the last three games and has finally been given the all-clear to resume running again as he continues to make progress.
Manager Billy Davies is already without Nathan Tyson, who is suffering from a calf injury and Blackstock's return will be a bonus for the high-flying City Ground outfit.
Speaking to the club's official website, Davies said: "He's making steady progress but we'll monitor him very carefully. We don't want to rush anything."
