Tyson keen to see positive Forest

The Reds were beaten 2-0 by promotion-chasing Birmingham on Saturday and are only four points clear of the bottom three.[LNB]Billy Davies' side face Ipswich at Portman Road on Wednesday and Tyson is hoping the players can pick themselves up quickly.[LNB]"We have to look forward to the challenge, we can't go into games thinking we are going to get turned over," Tyson told the Nottingham Evening Post.[LNB]"If you do that you might as well kiss your career goodbye. We have lost a game on Saturday that we could and should have won. But we have to go to Ipswich now and make sure that we remain positive.[LNB]"We are all in this together. The young lads have to grow up fast and learn very quickly. We know if we want to be playing in this division next season we have to pull our fingers out."[LNB][LNB]
