The 25-year-old Everton goalkeeper made his Forest debut in Saturday's 1-0 home defeat to Wolves and is looking forward to an extended spell of first-team football after failing to dislodge Tim Howard at Goodison Park. "I was hoping to get out on a season-long loan this season," he told Forest's official website. "Nothing materialised but now I've got seven games in which to show people what I'm all about. "I'm 25 and need to be playing first-team football on a regular basis and I'm grateful to Forest and Billy Davies for giving me this opportunity." Turner was recommended to Forest by their former keeper Chris Woods who is on the coaching staff at Everton.
