Cohen back for Reds

Chris Cohen is expected to be fit for Nottingham Forest's home game against Watford.

Cohen suffered a back injury during the 1-1 draw with East Midlands rivals Derby last weekend. The midfielder managed to play the full 90 minutes at Pride Park after having a pain-killing injection at half-time and should get the green light to play on Saturday.

Reds boss Alex McLeish, who is hoping to add to his squad before the Hornets visit the City Ground, does not have any fresh injury concerns.

Winger Andy Reid and on-loan defender Daniel Ayala are both likely to remain sidelined with hamstring problems, while striker Marcus Tudgay (shoulder) and midfielder Adlene Guedioura (African Cup of Nations duty with Algeria) remain unavailable.

Fitz Hall and Jonathan Hogg are both in contention to return to Watford's squad for the trip.

The injured pair have missed the last four games with hamstring problems but after coming through a friendly game this week both will be hoping to be involved against Forest.

Republic of Ireland youngster Tommie Hoban is still a doubt with an Achilles injury which has ruled him out of recent games.

Daniel Pudil will be available again after missing the 4-0 home victory against Huddersfield due to a family illness.

In-form Czech international Matej Vydra has scored eight goals in his last four league starts and will continue to lead the Hornet's attacking threat at the City Ground.

Zola's squad has been in Spain this week for some warm-weather training as they look to consolidate their place in the npower Championship play-off positions.
