Henderson in Forest frame

Darius Henderson could come back into the reckoning for Nottingham Forest when Ipswich visit the City Ground.

Henderson has missed the last two matches through injury but the five-goal striker may return to the squad on Saturday.

On-loan midfielder David Vaughan is also nearing full fitness after sitting out the last four fixtures with a hamstring problem.

Danny Collins continues to work his way back from an ankle injury while fellow centre-half and long-term absentee Kelvin Wilson (back) is stepping up his rehabilitation following surgery. There is a chance that Collins could play again before the turn of the year but Wilson will not be back in contention until 2014.

Cole Skuse is fit for Ipswich's trip but Paul Taylor and Paul Anderson are both doubts.

Midfielder Skuse was forced off midway through the second half in last weekend's 2-1 victory over Huddersfield nursing a groin injury but has recovered in time for the clash at the City Ground.

However, striker Taylor, who has overcome a shoulder injury which has ruled him out of the last three games, and midfielder Anderson are both struggling due to illness.

Should Ipswich record a fourth successive win then they would leapfrog fifth-placed Forest in the Championship table.
