What do you think of the Reds' transfer deals?

While Nottingham Forest were slipping further into the relegation mire on Tuesday night with a 2-0 home defeat at the hands of Burnley, the transfer window closed with deals happening in both directions at the City Ground.

Having accepted a third offer from Leicester City for Wes Morgan, the Reds also sold teenage hotshot to Patrick Bamford to Chelsea.

Through the entrance door have come midfielder Adlene Guedioura (from Wolves) and defenders Scott Wooton (Manchester United) and Danny Higginbotham (Stoke City).

So, was it the best that Steve Cotterill and the club could do in the circumstances? Were the sales of Morgan and Bamford unavoidable given their contract situations?

Will the trio of new faces be enough to help the Reds avoid the drop or has the sale of Morgan and the lack of a new striker made League One football certain next season?
