No Celtic move yet for Wilson

Nottingham Forest boss Billy Davies has warned Celtic to stop talking and forget about signing Kelvin Wilson until the summer.

The defender has already signed a pre-contract agreement to move to Celtic at the end of the season but the Bhoys had been hoping to get him to Parkhead this month. The SPL leaders have lost Daniel Majstorovic for three weeks due to injury and manager Neil Lennon has openly discussed the possibility of bringing in Wilson sometime in January.

However, Davies believes that would cause too much disruption to his promotion chasing side, and told the Nottingham Post: "I think Celtic have done a lot of talking in the press. There are only 13 weeks of the season left and having to bring in players now, either on loan or permanently is something you have to be careful about."

He added: "Losing Wilson and having to then replace him, with the disruption that would entail? For me, it is a no-brainer."
