No Boyd for Forest

19 March 2010 09:50
Nottingham Forest will be without on-loan winger George Boyd for the visit of Peterborough. Boyd is ineligible to face his parent club, leaving boss Billy Davies with just 18 players at his disposal. The Scot is already unable to call on captain Paul McKenna (ankle), defenders Julian Bennett (knee) and Joel Lynch (thigh) and forward Garath McCleary (knee). James Perch is also nursing an ankle problem but he is set to have an injection in the hope he will be able to battle on until the end of the season. Luke Chambers, Paul Anderson, Nathan Tyson, Joe Garner, Dexter Blackstock and David McGoldrick are all pushing for recalls as Forest look to get their promotion challenge back on track following successive away defeats.
