How they saw Nottingham Forest's 1-1 draw at Crystal Palace

The Reds were once again thankful to one of their substitutes as they came from behind for the second time in four days to earn a late point.

This time it was Dexter Blackstock coming up trumps as Sean O'Driscoll's side overcame the dismissal of Adlene Guedioura at Selhurst Park.

And the Forest boss's glass was half-full afterwards despite being unhappy with his side's display.

"I am delighted with the point. There is a great deal of resilience in the team and that comes with being unbeaten so far this season.

"The last two games we had a Birmingham team that came to the City Ground and defended really well and made it difficult for us and Dougie's team have really tried to press us high up the pitch.

"They are two things we need to do better at, but we're delighted with the point."

Opposite number Dougie Freedman felt his team were 'fantastic' against opposition he believes will be in the promotion shake-up come the end of the season.

"They've got a lot of new players, a lot of top quality players, spent a lot of money and I think we've given them a right good game tonight.

"I thought we passed them off the pitch in the first half. I felt our movement was great and we created opportunities."
