The Reds new manager Sean O'Driscoll has moved quickly to bring the midfielder back to the City Ground from Wolves after seeing at first hand last season the impact he made while on loan.
Guedioura becomes the first signing for O'Driscoll and for the club's new owners the Al Hasawi family who told the club website of their delight at the deal.
