Gunter relieved over Forest survival

The Tottenham player will play the last game of his loan spell against Southampton this weekend but has left the door open for a possible return to the City Ground next season. He told the club's official website: "I think it's a massive relief. Since I came to the club the aim was to stay in the league, it's been a tense seven games, it's probably been tense all season and I'm just delighted that we got the job done. "It's just nice we can all go and enjoy the final game and so can the fans. It's a huge achievement and I feel I've played a small part in the club staying up. On a possible return to Forest, he added: "There's a lot of ifs and buts but if I went back and, for example, Tottenham said 'you're still 19 and need to go out and play more games' and if Forest wanted me, I'd genuinely feel there wouldn't be too many better places to go than here. "It is definitely something to look at, it's been brilliant."
