Forest transfer talk hots up

Thursday saw a host of players linked with a move to the City Ground From the top, West Bromwich Albion are reported to have accepted £2m bids from both Nottingham Forest and Leicester City for the services of striker Ishmael Miller who will now decide between the Reds and the Foxes after being told he has no future with the Baggies. Another frontman being linked is Manchester City's Swedish Under-21 international John Guidetti, a loanee at Burnley last season and likely to be allowed out by the FA Cup winners on a similar basis this time around. As is Guidetti's teammate, winger Gai Assulin, only 20 but already a full Israeli international. Fulham's young defender Keanu Marsh-Brown is another name being mentioned as a potential loan signing with the new season now less than 48 hours away.
