Forest skipper staying focused

Perch's goal was enough to earn the Reds a 1-0 win over Coventry on Saturday and moved them three points clear of Norwich who now occupy the final relegation place.

But the 23-year-old is refusing to take his eye off the ball as Forest approach their final two games of the season against Blackpool and fellow strugglers Southampton.

"The results went for us and it (the win) pulls us out of the bottom three," he told the Nottingham Evening Post.

"But we have done nothing yet. We have to go to Blackpool and try to get a positive result and then we have Southampton. We have to try to win them both."
