Forest round-up: Sell-out, Stone & Scunny target?

What's been happening with the Reds this week The eagerly awaited game against Derby County on December 29 will be played before a full house at the City Ground with all remaining tickets having now been sold. Forest's youngsters meanwhile will get a chance to taste a big-game atmosphere themselves when they play at the City Ground in the 4th Round of the FA Youth Cup and a tasty-looking tie with Manchester City is in the offing if the Blues can get past Oldham Athletic in their 3rd Round tie due to be played on Wednesday night. A Reds side containing a host of youngsters were beaten 2-0 at Rotherham in a reserve team fixture on Tuesday afternoon. Meanwhile, after reports of a £2m bid for Millwall striker Steve Morison another Championship player, Martyn Woolford of Scunthorpe, is being linked with a move to Nottingham. The wideman is out of contract next summer. A former Forest favourite on the wing, Steve Stone, has been promoted to work as first-team coach at Newcastle United after the appointment of Alan Pardew as manager.
