Forest chief eyes consistency

Davies has been unable to name a settled side in recent weeks due to a combination of injuries and suspensions and the former Derby boss admits a lack of continuity has been a problem. He told the Nottingham Evening Post: "It is in our own hands. We have the potential and the ability, what we need is some consistency in the team and we have to try and get that ourselves. "Let's try and get a back line that has played a few games in a row. Let's try to have a system that is not shuffled around all the time. "We just don't have the back-up. I don't think I can remember us playing the same starting 11 or even the same back-line in consecutive matches. "That is very important. If we can get that [consistency] I am very confident we can beat anyone. It will be a decisive factor in our fate this season without a doubt because, when we do have the key players fit, we do have a good side."
