Nottingham Forest have, to date, added three new signings to their squad although Darius Henderson and Gonzalo Jara are familiar to City Ground regulars after their spells with the club last season. Eric Lichaj completes the trio after his move from Aston Villa.
Names in the frame to join them include former favourite Wes Morgan, currently at Leicester City, and Coventry City midfielder Carl Baker.
The pre-season action begins in one week's time when the Reds take on Hibernian in Portugal before confirmed fixtures against Mansfield, Ilkeston, Chesterfield, Royal Antwerp and Walsall.
Supporters attending any of those games will see Forest in new training kit after a deal was signed with Adidas to be 'technical kit partners' for the next three years.
'Strong' season ticket sales have been reported with last season's total figure almost reached already.
