Ex-Forest boss returns for defender
Julian Bennett has joined Sheffield Wednesday after the expiry of his Reds contract The 26-year-old ends a five-and-a-half year association with Forest and links up again with former City Ground manager Gary Megson at Hillsborough. Megson had previously signed the player while in charge of the Reds, with Bennett describing the move to his home-town club as a 'dream come true' at the time. Bennett told his new club's official website: "I'm a hard-working player who gives 100% every game and I'm ready to get stuck into my football at Sheffield Wednesday."
