Davies warns against complacency

Boss Billy Davies has warned his Nottingham Forest players not to get complacent after the Reds moved into the automatic promotion places in the npower Championship.

Wes Morgan and Robert Earnshaw were on target as Forest replaced Cardiff in second spot with a 2-1 home victory over the Welsh club on Saturday.

Davies, whose side are now unbeaten in 35 league games at the City Ground, insists all of this season`s achievements will count for nothing if they do not go on to secure promotion.

"We are very proud of what we have done, about beating Derby at their place, about beating Cardiff twice now, the incredible home run - and everything else we have done," said Davies.

"But it is not about any of the records or achievements we have already secured this season, that is not the target and these are not the things we wanted to achieve back in the summer.

"The target is to get into the Premier League and we have not done that yet."
