Davies: Strikers must stay sharp

Nottingham Forest manager Billy Davies has told forwards David McGoldrick, Dele Adebola, Nathan Tyson and Joe Garner that they still have a role to play in the push for promotion. Dexter Blackstock and Robert Earnshaw have led the scoring charts for Forest this season with 13 goals each, but Davies is urging his other strikers to remain focused. He told the club's official website: "Dexter and Robert have shown how good they are with regards to goal-scoring. But we've got great back-up from the likes of David McGoldrick, Dele Adebola, Nathan Tyson and Joe Garner. "That winning goal, whether it be to get us in the play-offs, get us into the play-off final or to get us automatic promotion, might just come from one of those guys." Forest will be looking for their 12th successive home league win on Tuesday night when they face Crystal Palace at the City Ground.
