Lewis McGugan's injury-time strike at Cardiff on Sunday was only the fifth time a midfielder had registered a league goal for the Reds this season.[LNB]With strikers Dexter Blackstock, Robert Earnshaw and Nathan Tyson currently out injured, Davies is looking for more players to take responsibility for finding the back of the net.[LNB]"We require goals from midfield. I will not sit back and watch any midfielder at this club play through a season and not chip in with four, six, eight or 10 goals," said the Scot.[LNB]"Forward running from midfield is very important in our team and running beyond strikers and supporting strikers is very important.[LNB]"A lot of them are young lads and we have got a lot of work to do with them, but the penny is dropping and that's great."[LNB][LNB]
