Chambers: We must grab opportunity with both hands

Luke Chambers insists Nottingham Forest are determined to seize the chance to play Premier League football. The Reds face Blackpool over two legs in the Championship play-off semi-finals before a possible showdown against Leicester or Cardiff at Wembley on May 22 for a place in the top flight. "For some lads it is an opportunity they might not get again so we have to grab this with both hands," said Chambers. "We can't let it slip away from us now. We have to be running on empty after this and we have to give everything we have got." The defender added: "When you look at the stadiums and the teams we could be visiting next season, it is an opportunity for us as players to test ourselves against the best. "There is no reason why we couldn't go up and acclimatise - like a few teams have done over the last few years when people have not expected them to. "People might say it would be too early for us if we did go up but I want to find out. I want to have the chance to see."
