Break did us good - McGugan

Billy Davies' men have taken seven points from a possible nine since resuming their season, moving three points clear of the relegation zone as a result. And the 20-year-old playmaker is sure his team-mates have benefited from the rest. "That break helped us because a few of the boys got a rest," McGugan told the Nottingham Evening Post. "It had been a hectic period and we have come back stronger. "It's all coming together at the right time. Before when we got a lead we might lose it, but we look like we can see games out now. "There is still a lot of work to do and we all know that, the players and the staff. But we are pulling in the right direction."
