Davies felt some of his players were quiet during last season's battle for Championship survival and wants them to be more animated out on the pitch this time round. He believes the summer arrival of experienced players such as Lee Camp, Paul McKenna and Dele Adebola will help. "We are trying to encourage them to become more of a personality. They are quiet at times and they have got to become a bit enthusiastic and show personality. I want them to have a go at one another and show spirit," said the Scot. "They have responded great and the players that have come in and the other guys we are trying to get will only help the young players here."
