Tony Mowbray is aware of the Reds quality but is upbeat about his side's chances The Riverside Stadium hosts a match of importance at both ends of the Championship on Tuesday as struggling Middlesbrough face promotion chasing Nottingham Forest. The hosts come into the game on the back of a home defeat by leaders Queens Park Rangers but Mowbray, who has overseen an upturn in fortunes since taking over from Gordon Strachan, wants a quick reaction. Quoted in the Evening Gazette, he said: “Forest have some quality players and Billy Davies knows what is needed to win in this league. “Forest are desperate to get into the top two, but we know exactly what to expect from them. “If we show the same attitude and commitment that we have shown over the last few weeks then we will be more than a match for them.”
