Always Hard To Tell Who Will Make it

Matt Regan has been released by Nottingham Forest and agreed a deal with Tamworth

The 19-year-old defender has a fine pedigree having been on the books of both Liverpool and the Reds while also playing for England in the 2011 U-17 World Cup.

Having spent two spells on loan with Tamworth in the 2012/13 season he has now agreed a one-year deal with the Lambs.

Forest meanwhile are facing something of a backlash over their potential plans to house home supporters in the lower section of the Upper Bridgford stand and moving fans out of the upper tier to accomodate away supporters.

Chairman Fawaz Al Hasawi said on the club's website that fans would be able to relocate their tickets to an alternative area of the ground free of charge.

Mr Al Hasawi said: "I received hundreds of requests for the away fans to be moved from behind the goal and for the Forest faithful to reclaim what is rightfully ours."
