Roeder praises City spirit

Norwich City boss Glenn Roeder accepted that his side has been well below their best in their crucial 1-0 victory at Southampton.
Ched Evans' goal at St Mary's moved the Canaries further clear of the relegation places, but Roeder felt his side had struggled to get going against the Saints.
He told the Evening News: "I said to the lads afterwards, because we are such honest people, we know we weren't at our best.
"It is important to me that I am working with honest players, because that's the only way to move forward.
"They get a pat on the back for how hard they dug in, we rode our luck a little at times.
"We were not at our best, but there were a lot of brave performances and no-one could accuse us of not keeping going under severe pressure."
