Norwich City manager Glenn Roeder has been charged with improper conduct by the Football Association.
Roeder and his number two Lee Clark have both been summoned by the FA following their actions during the 2-1 defeat to Bristol Rovers on March 29.
The pair were furious that referee Andy D'Urso failed to spot a handball in the build up to the Robins' last minute Steve Brooker winner.
"The charges relate to the pair's behaviour towards match officials at the end of Norwich's match against Bristol City," read an FA statement.
"Roeder and Clark have until April 21 to respond to the charge."
