Norwich City boss Glenn Roeder has praised the efforts of his players after they secured a 1-0 victory over Sheffield United to move out of the relegation places in the Championship.
The Canaries have now won four of their last five games, with Roeder aware that there is still a lot of work ahead to move away from the drop zone.
He said: "To have come so far in such a short space of time is a fantastic effort by the players, and I've got to pay tribute to them.
"Not so long ago we were adrift at the bottom, but they have won four matches out of five to lift us to where we are now. It's happened very quickly and it goes without saying that I'm absolutely delighted.
"What the players have got to remember now is that four or five wins isn't going to clear the situation, because we were in such a hole not so long ago.
"It's a good effort, but now we have to go on another good run to get us moving up the table."
