Jon Otsemobor starter his career with Liverpool in 2002 and was loaned out to Hull and Bolton between 2002 and 2004. He made 6 appearances for the Liverpool first team but never really broke into the first team and he was loaned out to Crewe but opted against a permanent move. He was released by Liverpool in 2004 and joined Rotherham but he had an unhappy time at the club and signed for Crewe on a free transfer in 2005. He has been capped by England at under 21 level while still at Liverpool.
