Promoted Norwich may be without Grant Holt for the opening match of the new Football League season on Friday.The striker is due to stand trial in Shropshire on Friday charged with a motoring offence, and may not make it back to Carrow Road for the kick-off. Full-back Steven Smith (ankle) is doubtful for the Championship opener.
